Hi all.

We run It’s Showtime at Yarmouth 2.00 Friday 27th June. At the moment the going is officially Good to Firm. Tiggy (as she is known in the yard) can handle good to soft to good to firm so the surface should be ok for her. There is a possibility of rain at the track in the morning so keep an eye on my going report and hope that it doesn’t go too soft, as that may test her.

The key to her performance is the start of the race as she has had a tendency to miss the break. This is not good in a sprint. It’s Showtime is tricky to win with but seems to be in good form at home. If she jumps out on terms she will have a good chance. Last year she met the favourite Angle Land over the same course and distance and she was beaten a head just failing on the line.

This time we meet the favourite on 11 lbs better terms and have an additional 3lbs from Brandon Wilkie’s claim. Let’s hope she shows her best form. If she does she will be mighty competitive.
