MICK’S SPIRIT headed back to Lingfield to try to complete a back to back set of wins. He ran well, travelling strongly, running prominently and challenging well. In the end he had to settle for 4th with the first four covered by less than a length. He even lost a shoe in his efforts to win. We were pleased with him and how hard he tried. Hopefully he will be out again soon.
